This pesto has a pretty strong, rich taste of dried tomatoes, with some garlic and vinegar notes to round it out. It's a pretty good pesto, but I just can't eat to much of it at once because it's so rich. But that doesn't make it a bad pesto! I think I like it a bit more than the Ja! pesto rosso, which is quite similar in taste, but also quite a lot cheaper. I don't think I can give a full five star rating, just becuase the price is a little bit much for what you get in my opinion.
