It's so strong that you really shouldn't use much more than a table spoon per serving. It's a pretty good pesto, I think I like it a bit more than the Ja! pesto rosso, which is quite similar in taste, but also quite a bit cheaper (roughly 26% per serving). I don't think I can give a full five star rating, becuase of the (for me a little bit to) pungent taste though.
