+*notes:* This is a pretty standard pesto rosso, where nothing stands out. I can't say anything bad about it, but I also cannot praise anything really. The ingredients are okay, a little but too much oil maybe, but then there is also a lot of real cheese in there. The taste is pleasant, you get the tiniest bit of spicyness from the chilli which I find to be quite nice actually, but other than that the flavour is nothin special. It just isn't all that exciting (and that is completely fine by me). I'll give it four stars, just because I don't think it can compete with the G&G Pesto Rosso.
