This has some very bitter undertones and tastes a little bit soapy. I actually couldn't finish the glass. It's horrible. It came with almost a centimeter of oil on top, which might indicate that they are <b>aware of the fact</b> that their pesto spoils easily. I don't know. I don't want to know. I just want to eat something else.
